		<description>The consultants that impress us the most with their due diligence are the ones that call us directly and talk through each step of the investment process, until they are sure they understand thoroughly how--exactly--investments are being made.  Most managers do discuss their process in their marketing materials, but sometimes there is not enough detail there to make a really good decision.</description>
