The chart below measures the percentage of high relative strength stocks that are trading above their 50-day moving average (universe of mid and large cap stocks.) As of 11/2/10.
After pulling back to the middle of the distribution in August, high relative strength stocks have moved sharply higher over the last 8 weeks and over 90% continue to trade above their 50 day moving average.
