The chart below is the spread between the relative strength leaders and relative strength laggards (universe of mid and large cap stocks). When the chart is rising, relative strength leaders are performing better than relative strength laggards. As of 3/3/2014:
Perhaps you want to check the Relative Strength Spread for the European STOXX 600 universe. Interestingly, as for the week prior to the last one, we saw a decreasing spread which is quite unusual so early in a recovering move. However, as of last week,the Spread has risen again.
